FY09 Proposed Budget On Sept. 9, 2008, Collin County, Texas, adopted a tax rate for Fiscal Year 2009 that will raise more taxes for Maintenance and Operations than last year’s tax rate. The tax rate will reduce taxes for Maintenance and Operations on a $100,000 home by approximately $7.38. More information is available on our Public Meetings and Budget Department pages.
