Misdemeanor Court Costs, Fines, or Attorney Fees

All misdemeanor court costs, fines, and attorney fees should be paid to the Collin County Clerk either by mail, by phone, or in person:

• Payment by mail can be made by sending a personal check, cashiers check, or money order payable to Collin County Clerk and mailed to the address below:

• Payment by phone is accepted when you pay by credit card. Call the County Clerk's Office at 972-548-6420 to make your credit card payment over the phone. MasterCard and Visa are the only credit cards which are accepted. Please be sure to have your case number ready when you call.
   
• Payment in person can be made by cash, personal check, cashiers check, money order, or credit card by visiting the County Clerk's office at the address below. MasterCard and Visa are the only credit cards which are accepted. Checks and money orders must be made payable to the Collin County Clerk.

Felony Court Costs, Fines, or Attorney Fees

For felony cases disposed April 16, 2007 and after, please follow these payment instructions below for court costs, fines, and attorney fees only:

• Payment by mail can be made by sending a cashiers check or money order only payable to Collin County District Clerk and mailed to the address below:
